Changes and cancellations require 24 hours advance notice by calling (407)205-2806. 

Your MCO Shuttle is not responsible for "no shows" or "missed shuttle". If your arrival flight is canceled, your reservation becomes fully refundable. For Hotel Pick ups an exact pickup time will be emailed the night before at 6:00 PM. Vehicles Used for Shared Shuttle may vary.

Full fare will be billed for cancellations less than 24 hours. Full fare will be billed for No-Show. If you cannot locate your shuttle please call (407)205-2806 to avoid being billed as a no-show, we advise you not to leave your location without contacting Your MCO Shuttle. 

RATE ESTIMATE: The rate presented to you prior to your trip is the cost of service as reserved. Each passenger is Allowed One Large Bag, One Carry on Bag, and Personal Item. 

Passenger assumes full responsibility for the repair cost of items damaged inside the vehicle during the term of the service. If someone in your party gets sick inside the vehicle there is a minimum charge of $250 for professional cleaning. If replacement of carpeting or upholstery is required, client will be billed the actual amount of items. Excessive trash left in the vehicle will include a cleanup fee of $50. 

All our vehicles are Non-Smoking. 

Your MCO Shuttle is not responsible for services delayed or not rendered due to weather or other circumstances beyond its control.

Car Seats are complementary and must be reserved by calling (407)205-2806. If Car seats are not reserved and are required, we will be unable to provide service and the reservation will be considered a NO-SHOW.
